So today was Ben's first soccer game for the season. Here is a picture with some of his teammates and their coach (Thanks to Jenny, fellow soccer mom, for taking the pics!).
Kylie enjoyed the game too...at least we think so. She didn't really have much to say about it. She mostly just loves to be outside! This will be Ben's third year playing soccer at the YMCA--and his skills are definitely improving. Last year the major milestone was getting the ball going toward the correct goal! I think this year's target will be not being afraid to get the ball away from someone on the other team. (He's just so polite not wanting to take the ball away from someone else! It's almost like he steps aside and says, "Go ahead, you go first.")
